A: As low as only one payment delivers most of our storage buildings. Carports and Garages start at $995. Playsets start at $915.
Q: What size storage buildings do you offer?
A: We have buildings as small as 8×8, and we can go as large as 12×36. If you need a bigger building, we suggest looking at our Steel garages and barns!
Q: When do I make my first payment?
A: The finance company will contact you for your first payment.
Q: Can someone come look at my property before I purchase a building?
A: Absolutely, and it’s free! Call one of our locations throughout North and South Carolina, and we will schedule a time to look at your property. No charge!
Q: What are my financing options? Do you offer Layaway? Rent to Own?
A: We offer Rent to Own, Conventional Financing, and Layaway. Please visit our financing page for more details.
Q: What warranties come with your buildings?
A: All of our products come standard with incredible warranties! You may request a printed copy of our warranties for any item at any time.
STEEL STRUCTURES FAQ’S
Q: Since we’re tax exempt, can sales tax be waived on my carport, garage, utility building, or barn?
A: Yes! Anyone who provides us with a tax exempt form will have their taxes waived.
Q: How much does it cost to deliver my building?
A: Setup and Delivery are always FREE within a 30 mile radius. Some regions do however require you to anchor or strap down your building. We do offer this service at an additional charge. For details, please inquire with your local zoning and planning office. Pricing details can be provided by your sales rep prior to delivery.
Q: Once my building arrives, how long does installation take?
A: For standard carports, it should only take a few hours. Bigger buildings, such as garages and barns can take a few days.
Q: Do I need a permit for my building?
A: We leave that up to you. We strongly advise you to check with your local zoning and planning office, some areas do require a permit. If they require certified plans for your building, we can provide them to the planning and zoning office free of charge. A permit is not required to purchase a building.
Q: What if I need certified plans?
A: Stamped generic engineer plans are available free of charge for any certified building.
